MIM-Hayden Real Estate Fund I

MIM-Hayden Real Estate Fund I, LP was established in 2009 by Hayden Real Estate Investments and Miller Real Estate.

MIM-Hayden acquired 35 office, warehouse, and flex-use properties in the Mid-Atlantic region with over $100 million in equity, and successfully exited its properties portfolio by 2019.

MIM-Hayden Real Estate Fund I had been conceived to profit from the pricing dislocation that followed the 2008 financial crisis. Using primarily a value-add strategy, it then benefited from the rapidly-improving real estate market during the post-crisis recovery.
